Not really, what it does mean though - depending how much you put in there is that your level of protection against freezing will have dropped, ethylene-glycol performs 2 functions, its stop your coolant from freezing and inhibits rust, if you've just topped it up with water then i wouldn't worry. If it was very low or empty and has nothing but water in it then i'd drain it and start again.
But no immediate damage no.
Panic over!

lol, no its the anti-freeze that is usually green but can come in other colors as well. Its fine. However, if you live in a cold climate i would have it drained, or do it yourself, and replace with anti-freeze. Ethyleneglycol changes the properties of the coolant thus making it freeze at a much colder temperature and similarly, boil at a much warmer one. Besides if you dont buy the premixed coolant you have to add water anyhow, or dihydrogen mono-oxide (water) as it were.
No harm done.

It depends how much water you put in. You should always add a 50 -50 mix of coolant and water. Or just buy antifreeze " premix" which is already mixed 50 -50 and you just pour it straight in. Go to a garage and ask if they will check the concentration of your antifreeze. They can readily check it. You might have to stop a couple different placed, but you should be able to get it checked. Or for $2-$4 you can get a tester and do it yourself. NOTE; follow instructions, LET CAR SIT OVERNIGHT BEFORE OPENING RADIATOR TO PREVENT BURNS.

No water is fine as long as you put anti freeze in as well about 25% , coolant mixture is better in the summer but water and antifreeze are fine and will do not harm

Not if you were just topping up the level, however you will have diluted the mixture. If you have to top up too often you will end up with water only, which will freeze and wreck the engine! Have the solution strength checked before each winter time, or top up with a mixture of water and anti-freeze.

No, that is anti-freeze and your supposed to add water to it. Prestone and a couple ither anti-freeze manufactures now sell their product called 50/50, it is already mixed, just pour it in.
