its driving me and my family apart and i want this to stop!

i dont feel depressed but when i dont get my own way i get so angry and start losing it and going crazy!!!

this happen about 3-5 times a week!

i want to stop, please what should i do (apart from seeing a doctor)

is there anything i can take or do to chill myself!

we started going out as friends...but i slowly fell for him. The problem is...he went out with a girl who broke his heart...and he still hasn't forgetten her 2 years later. I've been through a minor depression lately...and it's becoming real difficult to accept his lack of love towards me. I know he'll never fall in love with me...but a part of me still hopes that maybe...one day he'll forget his ex. I'm scared to tell him i love him...and i really don't know what to do. In Scottish schools we have primary years :

Primary1 - Age 4/5
Primary2 - Age 6/7
Primary3 - Age 7/8
Primary4 - Age 8/9
Primary5 - Age 9/10
Primary6 - Age 10/11
Primary7 - Age 11/12

Then We go to a Highschool with :

S1
S2
S3
S4
S5
S6

But some people in England told me about different names and they do primary seven in their high school - what are called in england? I tried to say that my friends are in 3rd year and they didnt know what that meant?? HeLp Me PlEaSe!!

I have just bought a Citreon Picasso and the only thing that's bugging me is that when the external temp drops below 3 degrees then the reading on the dash board flashes - I find that distracting - is there any way to stop it.

I've read the manual and can't find anything obvious.

Apart from that it's a great motor. Two litre turbo diesel, comfort, fuel economy and good ride height. Love it.
