30 mins maybe a little bit over and put the oven on a medium high
temp butter nut squash taste realy good if you run some honey and some parsley herbs tastes lovely yum yum!!!

I personally boil chunks of butternut squash and mash it like potato and add lots of butter. It does not take long only about 15 mins and I actually prefer it! Also add some salt and pepper to give more flavour.

about 180 deg for about 8o min but cooks better if you part boil first then bake for about 40 min

220c...it depends on the size but after an hour just stab with a fork..it is like cooking a jacket potatoe, it takes ages but worth it!

i would say its better to cut it into chunks and roast it. it will take less time, and with outher veg its lovely - onions, peppers, courgettes - whatever you fancy.
