I am happily married since July 05. My husband is very good to me and my son (who is not biologically his) and I love him very much.
My problem is I think I have feelings for a man that I dated for a fews years 10 years ago. We talk on the phone and email but we have never seen each other since he received orders to another military base (he was in the Army then-and still is). I am thinking about seeing him again just so I can try to get him out of my mind. I have fought his for a really long time and I don't honestly know if my feelings are valid or if it is our memories that I love.
I have been open with my husband about this and he is scared (rightfully so) that if I see him that my feeling could be validated. I don't want that to happen but I am at the point where I need to find out. It could very well be nothing..what do you think I should do? I try to put my son first and see think about the impact on him but I keep wondering and ex feels the same-but he's not married.

Because my mom believes that I sleep in every morning and hit my kid and stuff because I let my kid vent to her... Now my mom actually believes this stuff and questions my parenting.. so I had to basically tell my kid that grandma is not allowed in our private life anymore and to tell her basic things, but not things that she can use against mommy... anyone else find this.. that grandma is such a good listener that she draws the kids out to vent about you....?

I would like to know how to find siblings that I have never met that were born in the state of Texas possibly in the 1970s, but not for sure. Both of my parents are deceased. After my father had died, family friends had told me that there was rumors that my mother had given birth to one or two other children before my parents had been together, and the family friends were not a 100% sure if this was true or not. My mother died before I knew her and my dad never even mention this to me. However, my grandma has passed on and I was never able to ask her about it (my grandpa had died a long time ago) and since then my mother's side of the family has cut contact off for no reason since her death. I guess what I am trying to find out is if this theory is acutally true. Can someone help me?

My best friend likes the same guy I like. and I told her I didn't like him anymore so that she could have him. Even though I'm crazy about him. So now I can't even look at him in any way, because it will be like I'm not over him to her. And she can't know that I still like him. And I'm basically screwed, because even if she gets over him, he's still off limits. And I can't tell her I never stopped liking him. And I can't go behind her back, or say that I like him again. It will be so wrong. But I like him so much, and now I have to go through so much torture with it. And I think he likes her too... please help.
