What time in the morning or evening is best for viewing and should I be high up in a building above the city lights or go to Evanston to see the comet weather permitting and whether the comet actually visible in the Chicago area. Thanks!

I don't know if you can see the comet ovevr Chicago....but here you have a chance to see it over Cracow (Poland).....

p.s. If you had a star gasing software you might be able to locate it over Chicago and what time..
