Meth is terribly physically addictive and I'm afraid you'll relapse if you try to do it on your own...Plus, if you're trying to wean you are still breaking the law and I don't want to see you go to jail. I know you've tried rehab again but i think that's probably your best bet...They can get you off of the chemical addiction and you need to join a support group and also only surround yourself with nonaddicts and people who will not be enablers. This means not even communicating with your friends who are addicts or aren't a totally good influence. GOOD for you for taking the first step in realizing you have a problem and trying to fix it. It takes a strong person such as yourself to do so and to make it through the detox. Best of luck to you

I've gone without meth for over a year so far, and on my own. A few simple rules I've lived by are: If you are tired at first, SLEEP. Just sleep it off if you get tired. Even if you end up sleeping alot. Eat good foods and drink lots of water to rehydrate your body. Also, stay as busy as you can. Even if its doing things you don't want to do. I used to love school, but once I became addicted to meth, I dropped out. I am a year clean now and I still hate it, but I am going back to college because it will keep me busy. You'd be amazed at how little you think about meth when you have a job and have school full time. I also go to counseling. Some of the reason I go is because I had to for a while for my probation. Now that I don't HAVE to go, I still go, because it takes up 30 minutes to get there, 30 minutes to get back and an hour during. That's two hours I've used doing something besides meth. NA meetings take up good time too. It sounds tough, and it is, but if you get into the routine of living a normal life and doing normal things, it becomes your routine. You don't even think about it. You just do it. And you do it without meth. Good luck!

Call the local police. they may know a good place you can go to get detoxed. Yes, I know you think they are the bad guys, but really, they want you straight as much, or more than, you do.

If you have any friends that are sober and have never don't it ask them for help. a place to crash for a few day . try to sleep as much as you can it will help. if it hurts take a hot bath and some Tylenol pm to help you sleep. also try to eat it will be hard don't over do it, small stuff you know. detach from the people that are still using so you wont be tempted . if you have the means relocate, if you cant find it you cant get .

death, jails, intuitions is were your headed, you really need to find it deep down inside of yourself, and ask is that really the way you want to live life...i know its hard i have been down that road.I lost everything I had in my life because of that drug.I used for 12 years, been clean for 2+ years now,I took up running and working out on a daily basis,i eat good ,drink plenty of water,I really feel great about myself never thought I could actually feel this good after all the ****,i put family through,friends,neighbors,co-workers.but the truth of the matter is its going to be worse before it gets any better..

well try not to substitute it with food or smoking cigarettes. that will be very bad!!! um definitly have a buddy system so you can do it with someone and you can count on eachother! that would definitely help. it helped me. but it depends on the level of addiction as well.
