Hi, I am 20 years old 5'3'' and i weigh about 140 pounds. I recently started running 6 days a week about 3 or 4 miles. This sounds like a lot but im not seeing many results (although I am never satisfied, even tho I weighed about 160 a year ago)
Anyways... I have been doing this about a month, how long will it take me to get down to about 120?
This is what I usually Eat:
Breakfast- Scrambled eggs (no butter), with veggies and a little cheese. Or some whole grain wheat cereal
Lunch- Some fruit, fat free cottage cheese, or cereal
Supper- Probably Cereal haha, I eat a lot of cereal because I can't cook and I don't like a lot of things. Plus i live on my own and am very cheap!
What could I do to lose weight faster? What are some healthy things I can eat, and How long do you think it will take for me to weigh 120 ( I gain weight very easily, but think its way hard for me to lose it) Im also naturally pretty muscular. Please help. Thanks!!! :D
