I have had RLS for quite a while now and have learned how to deal with it most of the time. Lately it is getting much worse and very painful. The strange thing going on now is it's only getting worse on my left side and it's not just in the calf but all the way up to my hip. It is going from just being jumpy and restless to having a horrible achey, crampy, burning feeling. I just wondered if anyone has this and knows if it's something I should contact my doctor about or if it's just a normal thing that comes along with RLS>

my sister and partner just moved into a rented house when she found out partner was cheating on her. My sister has moved out but want to get a van and take all the bits that either she paid for or family paid for. What rights does she have if she cant provide proof. some of the stuff was second hand paid with cash from my sisters bar job or by my mum. and xmas presents given by her partners family, can she take them.

I mean when ever there is a crime where specifically a black person from Harlem is offended by a white he is the first one to come out publically and get his face on TV. He is saying that he is doing it for peace and for goodness. But I never saw him publically do the same when Wesley Autrey, the hero, saved that guyin the Subway. I mean if you say you are a man for GOOD then where are you to celebrate the actual GOOD and Humanity of people. I just think the he is one that is Keeping the walls up between people and not helping at all. DR. KING WAS A GOOD MAN AND HE DID IT RIGHT; WHY CAN'T HE.

Every now and then, the show topics attempt to delve into a realm of reality--beyond the fashion world. However, most of the time, the show topics center on beauty techniques and makeovers. Tyra has even mentioned that after high school, she chose the modeling profession over a higher education. Now, I don't condemn modeling, but in my opinion, Tyra is the epitome of what happens to many young women when they forsake a position/ career of substance for one of transience and superficiality. At the age of 30, she is no longer desirable--as a model, and the only things that she speak about are modeling specific. Her knowlege appears to be limited, and her show is like a cruel joke.

This is a multi-part question so bear with me ...

PART ONE: I "inherited" an over-crowded 10-gallon tank from a friend who was moving and could not take her aquarium with her. After buying an additional five-gallon tank to help relieve the over crowding and (sadly) waiting for the tanks to normalize, four months later, I now have two tanks, a 10-gallon and a five-gallon. The five-gallon contains one three-inch goldfish by itself and the 10-gallon has ...

2 pink gouramis (1.5-inches each)
2 cherry barbs (1-inch each)
2 neon tetras (0.5-inches each)
1 tiger barb (.75-inches)
and 1 plecostomus (2-inches)

Should I add more fish as I realize that some of these are schooling fish? If so, which fish should I add?

Note: These surviving fish have co-existed peacefully for five months now and are the original fish that I inherited.

My husband hates disney. Partly because of what it is, and partly because I used to work there and he gets jealous of my past. I'm 5 weeks preg., should i be avoiding the gym? i just went back yesterday and did 20 minutes steady walking on the treadmill, no running or jogging, just a steady walk (which wasnt all that fast either)... is it safe? i havent had my first check up yet, should i wait until then before i go back...
