There are some hotels and restaurants open there... I'm not sure which ones specifically but I think just about all of the hotels are open. Maybe not as much of the stuff on the boardwalk and probably a lot of the little places but like I said probably all the hotels and most of the restaurants. It's most likely gonna be a lot less crowded and cheaper during the winter. My dad and I used to go to Chincoteague, VA for one of the long weekends in Jan/Feb and it was gorgeous. (Chincoteague has a lot less tourism than Ocean City and there's still a lot of stuff open there during the winter. But they don't have a boardwalk)
