Your skin looks unhealthy and u feel like crap even though u got plenty of sleep?

make sure to get how much sleep ur body needs, it would be good if you could not sleep more than 9 hours because its proven that people who do that live shorter than those who get 6-8 hours... for your skin remember to eat a lot of veg/fruit and drink about 8 glasses of water a day, that'll really help your overall health as well as give your skin a nice colour, texture and help keep blemishes away,
