feel tired but need to stay up....
tea doesn't work for me. dont like coffee. my friend takes redbull...
but fizzy stuff is no good either...i get a cold straight away. any suggestions??

a couple slices of lemon and a spoon or two of honey in some boiling water it makes you feel fresh and alert and the honey gives you a good energy boost it works for me.

I'd stay away from the E-number loaded soft drinks, they'll just give you a quick buzz of energy then make you feel more tired than you were in the first place. Water or fruit juice. Or you could try Pro Plus tablets, they're loaded with caffine.

Drink some chinese tea with no milk or sugar, look for a white tea called "SILVER NEEDLE BAIHAO".

water, is really good, any form of liquid that you can take will be benificial in refreshing your mind and making you concentrate.
