I am trying to lose 10-15kgs. I am walking about 45mins or so each day, doing light weights and crunches. Will this work to lose weight? Also, what fods should I eat to help me along?

I'm going to install an outlet in my closet because I don't have any in there right now. I'm taking a straight shot up the wall into the attic and tapping into the hot side of the light switch that controls the attic light (so that the outlet is not dependant on the attic light being on). Any problem with that so far?

Will any 20 amp/125 volt receptacle be safe to use? The circuit breaker is 20 amps and I'm matching the 12/2 wire used in the attic light.

I'm asking because I didn't realize there were so many receptacles out there. Do all the new receptacles have the horizontal piece on one of the prongs now? I don't have any appliances like that. Excpet my dryer but that's 220.

I need help. I've got SO much of it in the freezer (just chops and steaks) and I need new ideas on how to prepare it. I've usually done it fried up in worcestire sauce and butter or in mushroom soup over rice or potatoes. And, I've had enough stew. lol. Any other suggestions for steaks and chops? Thanks.

Who do you think would win in a race??
We have researched the rally art to be somewhere in between like 150-160 horse,
Ser sits around 190-200 horse..

I am posting this beacause i am in kind of dielemma. I have recently attended an interview for a US product based company in INDIA. I cleared all the tech interviews and in the HR interview when i was asked for the expected salary i said 5.5 Lakhs per annum and the interviewer said okay. But in my offer letter i was offered 5.25 Lakhs per annum. I am confused whether i should negotiate for 5.5 or should i settle for this amount. Personally i like the job profile and i have no problems in working for 5.25 L/A, but some of my friends who recently made it to the same company for similar job profile with same experience as mine are getting 5.5 - 5.75 L/A. So i am confused whether i should negotiate for more and moreover i am worried if this negotiation request may terminate my job offer. Please clarify

Reynaulds Syndrome is were you have really cold body mostly hands, On hot days I feel just right but when people touch my hands they tell me they are freezing & on cold day my hand can go blue or purple which hurts because its painful to move them & nothing happens to anyone else,

Do you no anyone with this?

Is there any cure?

Im not really to worried because im the one with it and I feel fine its not like it really hurts me (only on the days when my hands change colour...ouch!!!)
