Well as a man I wonder what a women feels, how it feels in comparison to what I feel. But how can you compare and contrast if you can not understand what his sensations are either? Just try to tell him how your body processes your sensations.
He is asking "What does it feel like" not how does it feel.

Any question of of this type means that he wants to hear that he is superman and that its incredible.
