Hockey North America is big in Cleveland... Try http://www.hna.com and drill down for Cleveland.

Back when I lived in Cleveland in '87-'93, there was a rink in Euclid that had pickup and men's leagues. There's also a rink in Cleveland Heights that had men's leagues, too.

I suggest searching online or in the Yellow Pages for rinks in your area and then call them up.
