Reading Qs on firewalls and also Etomi movie download help - is the reason I can never download movie 'cos Norton firewall is on/ If I disable it to download and one of neighbours has viruses etc am I not leaving my computer open to this? Afraid of getting more spyware etc - what do you do with these shared sites and how do I know who I can download from on site?? Will I EVER understand the computer??

Heart excercise. I am keen to strengthen my heart as it is not pumping too well these days and have to take water tablets. Does anyone know of any safe excercises. My doctor has said it is okay for me to do cardio, but I do not know the appropriate excercises.

I am also overweight by some three stones and am trying hard to lose this excess weight. I have a treadmill which I have started using each day, but I need to supplement this with cardio.

I look forward to suggestions from the keep fit experts please. Thank you very much.

I recieved an e-mail this morning claiming to be from the bank of Africa saying that in the year 2000 a family died in a plane crash and there isn't a next of kin to send 5 million US dollars to and are asking for bank details so that you can make the claim as kin. How many others recieved this. Don't all apply at once, giggle. I took this infomation to the police and there's not alot they can do about this kind of thing so all I'm saying is be careful.

Why do you think humans just sit back and allow everything that slowly destroys us to happen? We are allowing the world to become over populated and the consiquences of that will soon show. We pollute so much and detory our ozone which is there to protect us. We still fill the skys with CO2 causing a more rapid global warming. Why don't we do anything to save ourselves? I do all I can but one person out of 4 billion is nothing.

Mine was when I was 16. I was very much "in love" (perhaps just infatuated) with a girl who had been my classmate for five years. We were very good friends, and I always protected her. There was a guy who was a jerk to her, and once I even got in a fight with him because he had called her names (his family didn't like hers, long story).

Anyway, I decided not to be a chicken and asked her out for Valentine's. She was taken aback by my proposal and, as all women after her, deeply offended by it. So three more weeks went by and I spent yet another Valentine's walking alone in the streets of my town, and, surprise surprise, I met her downtown going to see a movie with, you guessed it, the guy who used to harrass her.

21 years after, I still spend my Valentine's walking alone or working, but now I'm old enough not to care. I can say, though, that I've never understood women too well. Although sometimes I almost think I do. Oh well.

My sister just found out yesterday that she is pregnant with her third baby. However two days ago, (the day before she found out she was pregnant) her oldest child was complaining of stomach pains so she had to have x-rays done. My sister stayed in the room with her child and wore the protective cape provided and although the procedure was not done on her but simply while she was in the room, she is now very worried. Does anyone know if this could have been harmful to her or the baby? She is about 3 weeks along.
