It scares the baby, it's a game to her, but once she is on her belly she won't roll back on her back due to frustration. I have to keep turning her and it is time consuming.

My son started doing this too when he first realized he could roll over. He would keep doing it and expect us to turn him back over. The good news is it only lasts a short time until they learn to roll over the other way. My son hated being on his belly but everytime I layed him on his back, sure enough, he would flip to his belly and cry. There is not much you can do, just be happy that she is interested in developing skills to help her be more mobile in the future. You can try helping her to roll from her belly to back, and keep practising with her so she will get the hang of the movements it takes to do that. Don't worry soon enough you will have your hands full with bigger problems when she starts crawling and cruising like my 9mth old! lol! Enjoy this time and good luck!

Don't put any pillows or blankets rolled up near her. That increases the risk of suffocation and also might make her get stuck if she makes it onto her stomach.

Babies have to learn how to roll over. Spend a bit of time with her and show her how to use her arms to get back on her belly. It may be a bit time consuming, but it will be worth it in the long run.

Is the baby rolling during the night while sleeping? You can get some little foam braces that will prevent the baby from rolling. See the link below for just such a product as listed on the Babys-R-Us website.

Roll up blankets and put them right next to the baby so that the baby can't roll over. However it's good for the baby to get some tummy time so be carefull so that the baby doesn't like being on her tummy at all.

If she is old enough to roll herself over you don't need to do anything besides make sure she won't roll off of a bed or something. Rolling over is just one of many developmental steps on the way to walking. It might scare her the first few times but before you know it she'll be doing it because that's what she wants to do.

Let her go. She can't learn to turn back over as long as you keep doing it for her. Babies are smart, they learn if I just cry she will come do it. You need to let her experiment and learn some on her on. If it scared her to bad, she wouldn't do it. She may like the startled sensation of rolling over.

If she rolls there, go away her. you are able to attempt to flow her, yet she will be able to maximum probably wake. If children can roll onto their tummies, then let them. She is previous the most severe portion of SIDS besides. My toddler has been tummy napping on account that 8 weeks previous. She might want to roll over onto her abdomen in her sleep on account that then. So I let her sleep there. She become doing it unconciously. Scared the POOP outta me. yet, it labored for us. good success!! :)
