You can find online bibles in many languages at:
http://www.biblegateway.com/versions/
and
http://www.bibles-for-the-world.com/
As for topics, there are bible dictionaries, commentaries etc. But note that all of these are written from a particular point of view, and interpret the Bible in a way that not all Christians would agree with. The Bible is the same, but the way it is interpreted varies greatly amongst different Christian groups.
For topics, see:
Nave's topical bible

Varios dictionaries

Easton's bible dictionary (a rather old one though, 1897)

Various dictionaries

You can also try apologetics wesites, like those in the external links at:

Various denominations also provide online topical bible studies based on their own interpretation, that you can browse by topic, for example:

Roman Catholic Catechism (note that the Bible is not the only source of teachings for Catholics)

Having appeared around for online bible learn myself in the previous and appeared at teachings with my pastor, i might say be careful is a coaching claims to be the actual certainty, yet is a challenge to something mainstream. i've got rtead some stuff in the final year that has regarded very logical, yet is in certainty slightly off the mark and probable from a cult of a few variety.
