I want to lose 15-20 lbs, I weigh 155 and I'm 5'7. I go to the gym everyday after work for 1 hr and do all cardio ( the olypitical, the stairmaster, running, and the bike). Throughout the day I eat slow and don't stuff my face and I drink water all day. I even quit drinking. I want to know if its enough? The bad thing is I am impacient and want results now.

i heard that if you breathe gas for a long time you can die. theres a huge gas leak in NY from 31st to 40th st. and i'm up on the 40th floor in a high rise and can still smell it every strongly.. most of the buildings have evacuated.. what should i do?!?!

there were 3 nails in the tire and it is not repairable. so it needs a new tire. i was wondering if i had to pay for it or if the dealership pays for it? it is an 06 g35 with 5000miles on it. still under warranty.

I just saw a commercial on the Food Network for Armstrong cheese. At first I thought this was going to be a good commercial showing a lady with her cat until this rotten woman shoves the cat off of the table for going near her cheese. I am disappointed with the Armstrong Cheese company for allowing this sort of treatment of an animal.

I am unable to have a venting kit due to thickness of house walls so is there a drier suitable for indoors use and no venting kit. It will be stacked ontop of my washing machine. Nearly always raining here otherwise would hang wash on outside line to dry.

Previously I would have thought that plasma was the better choice for tv's 42" and above, but increasing numbers of tv's are now LCD and are 42" and above. Im interested because im thinking of getting a 62" and wondered which you would reccommend. Thanks :)

I have been watching The L Word since the first season and I LOVE the show. However, are any of them really gay?? I know 'Shane' is really gay. From the 1st time i met this Welsh guy in Dubai,he got attached 2 me.after 3 meetings he started 2 get angry whenever i say smthng about my ex-bf.I asked him why,he said he feels jealous &he likes me.I don't even know the guy and he started to feel over jealous.anyways it was ok 2 days later,then he txt me saying i sent a msg to someone he knows on gaydar & tht he doesn't want to talk to me again. i was like u r not my BF & we ddnt even have any commitments. & that he has no right to judge me or ask me why do i talk to ppl or whtever.On new year we made peace together and we started talking again.after tht i saw him in a club & i said hi & he totally ignored me infrnt of his friends. That did hurt, i like him but i couldnt decided to be his BF in 3 meetings.but i kinda miss him and after long thinking i decided i like him and i want him. wht shall i do? i sent him a txt saying i want him,he ddnt reply till now. my friends told me he is just playing games. wht do u think

I want it to have heat, but also lots of flavor, not just "hot". I've seen several recipes for it, but want to have answers from people who have cooked a recipe, and had great success. Probably not a slow cooker recipe, due to wanting to have the "white cheese", which may not do well in a crock pot.

Ok, I've been consistently exercising for almost two years now, whew! but, I think it's time to switch up my exercise because I think doing the same plan for so long doesn't have quite the same effect on me as it once did. Problem is, I don't have the time or money to get to the gym. Since I'm trying to lose fat and gain muscle, I do cardio five times a week and half hour of muscle building. I do Taebo which is a great mix of cardio and strength training. I don't want to give up taebo since its so effective, but does anyone have any recommendations of other types of cardio or exercise that I can do which will be equally effective? I was thinking of jogging/running, but I was uncertain because I'm not sure if jogging burns the same amount of calories as taebo does. Anyone have advice?

My daughter has a school project and she has to make a plain,inexpensive,old fashioned coffin from the western days.It just has to be the coffin shape and thats it.I want to make one with her but not sure of the measurements and cant find a "make your own coffin wesite".Strange i know.I even tried to look up under halloween decorations,nothing there either.Can anyone help us?
