You can't download a game and transfer it to your GBA. However, you can download an emulator program, which simulates a video game console on your computer and then get some ROMs, which are the games, except they don't physically exist, inasmuch as they aren't on cartridges. Be aware, though, that this entire process is illegal. Just buy the games if you don't want to break the law; there aren't any other alternatives.

if u got the gba emulator go on limewire and type in gba and u will get a nice list of games to download.
