My friend lives on Koh Tao Island in Thailand and she has sent me a mobile phone number by email which starts with a "0". Can someone please tell me what codes I need to put in and if I need to drop the "0" to get a text message through to her?

told me she was feeling down, so I gave her some flowers and went to see her. She then said her uncle was in hospital, so I sent him a 'Get Well Card' at her home address for her to pass on to him - I never got a thank you. Then, I was burlged at Xmas and lost everything including all Xmas presents and when I texted her about what had happened to me, she just texted, "Let's catch up", and haven't heard a thing since! Is it worth me keep trying with her, when she never keeps her word and it seems to be me doing all the chasing?

I am really freaked out I think I have appendicitis, I don't know what to do ?

Details:
-I am 21
-I have really bad chills
-Pain in my lower right stomach (I can't even lay down)
-Diarrhea
-Swollen stomach (which is weird because I am not even fat)

I don't know if I should go to the hospital, I am freaked out because I am afraid I will have to get surgery !

I was wondering that, because I know I have reverse telepathy with people (world receives my thoughts).

I have an inkling that I do affect people, causing things to happen. When the telepathy began, a lot of crazy, horrible things happened, but I don't remember everything. However, from the way people act around me nowadays, I feel quite normal and insignificant, significant only to my loved ones.

So am I normal, or abnormally powerful? Is there something I must do with this power/disease?

Before you give this a thumbs down, answer this and wonder: Wasn't I going to ask this eventually?

We have picked out a name for our baby boy, however, when it comes to a girl name, no matter what we find we cannot agree. i was looking for some outside suggestions to help out if possible. ah..it's too long story to right now, so I gonna condense it into a short story. I've a female Chinese friend , and I met her in my Uni.
and I wholey helped her homework, (she is very beautiful)
and she told me that she would treat me a dinner and I believed her. but she had naver called me and I got extremly angry.
, but a few month later she called me and said help her homework.
and I forgot all my angryness, and I helped her. and she promised she would treat a nice dinner. so I once again believed her.
but she never.. and a month later, she called me and we meet without delay. surprisingly, she highly hoped to go to sea, (it was 9 p.m)and she said that she had no money, so I paid for her expenses. and she said that she had broken with her b.f that day.
so we went to sea without preparation. I was a little embarrassed
but I was happy to go to sea with her. we arrived sea late.
so we went to motel, and we slept(we didn't have sex.)
3 hours later she waked me up,
