I am really freaked out I think I have appendicitis, I don't know what to do ?
Details:
-I am 21
-I have really bad chills
-Pain in my lower right stomach (I can't even lay down)
-Diarrhea
-Swollen stomach (which is weird because I am not even fat)
I don't know if I should go to the hospital, I am freaked out because I am afraid I will have to get surgery !

Yeah maybe it is just a kidney stone :) I had a couple when I was 15 but I passed them all :( Maybe my body made more ? Maybe I should just go though because I have a fever ?

It's impossible to tell you if you have appendicitis from your description. That's something that a doctor needs to decide after a history and physical. It would be best for you to get evaluated at your local ER, at the very least see your doctor in the morning. Surgery isn't so scary; it sure beats a ruptured appendix (result of not having surgery) which could kill you.

Oooo I know!!! Well, I had the same symptoms about 3 days ago. I had a kidney stone. It hurt sooooooo much. I had a hard time staying in one spot and laying down. I would definetly suggest going to the hospital. Do you have blood in your urine? The nurse said that is the #1 sign for a kidney stone. Another sign is that the pain moves down after a while, but they said not all people can tell. Well, hopefully that helped. Oh, I forgot, the thing that relieved the pain was a freezing cold bath...no joke.

You need to go to the hospital er right away. If you do it could burst and then you will get really sick. And anymore an appendicitis is a very simple surgery

No one can tell you here if you have appendicitis...only a thorough exam with lab tests and such will tell you what you need to know. Get to a doctor now...it really sounds like you need to be checked out either way!

I had it when I was 13, sounds the same. don't wait too long to get checked, if left alone it can KILL you.
