I think yousould keep record of all tht you've done, secondly keep record of phone calls, and attempts tht you made to see her. Always act calmly, and patient, so when you present this to a judge, there will be nothing tht points to you being aggressive. thirdly Make sure any payments tht yu have to make are made, if tht's agreed on already, you want to keep track of those as well.

Reason for this is....you will have proof tht you have been complying with all the things tht were agreed upon, and you see no reason besides vengence, and cold heartedness toward your attempt to be apart of your childs life. "Keep TRACK of everything". See if you can contact the judge who handled your case, and let him know tht all attempts for visitation made, have been ignored or breached by spouse.

the only officials to go through is the case judge, and the CPS. cALL THEM AND LET THEM KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON AND HOW, YOU SOULD HANDLE THE CASE.

Have you thought about legal aid? Unfortunately not many people qualify for it, but it is worth a try. Also breaching a legal document is an offence, try ringing your local police station, or even popping in they have advice centres that may help enforce your visits.
Just keep trying so your daughter knows that you haven't given up. My dad left my mum when I was three and never came back so I commend you for been a parent. Good luck no one deserved to be deprived of their kids, and no child deserves it either,.

Terry:If you have a Court order you can call your local police department, non emergency line and explain you are going to see/pick up your child and the other parent is in direct violation.
The police will instruct the other parent to bring the child out/let you in,etc. If the Police will not intervene and finances are low, please contact your local Leal Aid Society and they will help you with enforcement.Good Luck and kudos to you for not giving up:)

try gettin in touch with 'fathers 4 justice' or 'rights 4 fathers' or what ever its called. they helped my dad get hold of me! plus just keep on bugging them. keep sending letters, phoning, anythning. u cnt b dun 4 harrasment cuz ur calmly asking ur ex 2 keep 2 a legal agreement. either than or see if ur entitled to legal aid.

i hope u all the best in gettin 2 c ur daughter. my mum dnt let me see my dad or 16 yrs and growin up with no dad was very hard and especially now im about 2 become a mum as i dnt really kno what d heck a dads meant to do!

If you are unable to communicate this with your ex wife & work something out then i don't know of any other way other than going back to court. Could your daughter tell her mum how she feels to support what you want? You are in a very hard situation & i hope you get better access to your daughter soon.

Can you not get legal aid? Surely if they have breached a court order they would be liable to pay your costs too? Please contact your local citizens advice as they have people trained in these matters and they are free. good luck

can you not get legal aid? the only thing that you can do is see a solicitor, it the case would be probably be taken back to court. as the mother isn't co-operating it would be in you favour.

Firstly she can not stop you seeing her if you have a court order but I know how expensive these things are.

Do you live in the UK?
