GET LEGAL ADVICE. THERE ARE LAWYERS THAT WILL GIVE YOU A FREE CONSULTATION. IF YOUR EX IS VIOLATING A COURT ORDER, YOU HAVE RIGHTS AND YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO GET THOSE RIGHTS REINFORCED.
BEST OF LUCK TO YOU.

You don't necessarily need a solicitor to go to court over your child. I didn't use one when my ex took me to court.
Go to the court and there is normally an enquiry desk - ask them what you can do. They don't give legal advice but they do give out procedures they follow - there is a difference.
I think people are frightened of using courts because there is a bit of a stigma attached but anyone can do this kind of thing - you don't need a degree. If there is anyhting you get stuck - just do some research.
Save your pennies for your daughter and do it yourself - I bet you can!
Good Luck!

You may have to go back to court. But if it in the court has order that you have visitation then go to your local library and look it up in the State laws marriage and Divorce reference books ask for help from the librarian. She is in contempt of court if you have it in documentation. What ever it takes try to get to see your daughter. Find a lawyer that will sue her for his court costs or file yourself , represent yourself and file paupers affidavit stating that you are poor and can't afford to pay Court cost and go be ready with dates times etc... wittiness. Good Luck Be a Good daddy she needs you

You have a legal entitlement to see your daughter. You do not necessarily have to pay to go back to court. Your daughter will have a Family Court Welfare officer who you should know (UK) Make sure you advise them of the issues ad get them to go back to court as well because of the breach of access. I am assuming that you are paying maintenance for the child? contact the CSA and inform them that you are having a hard time and are onsidering not paying ecause of a lack of contact - ask for a review of payment.

I am not sure if you are in the US or not but I know there is legal aid for these kind-of things. You need to go to your city government offices and see what they have to help you. Her mother and new husband are basically breaking the law if there is a court order for you to see her. In the mean time send her letters and stuff to let her know that your are trying to see her. It will mean alot in the long run.

I believe you can go to the court house and file a complaint that they violated the court order. If you have to get an attorney, ask the attorney to write in the complaint to have his fee paid by the defendent.

i am very sympathetic for you but surely if they have chosen to breach the order, they should pay the court costs, seek proper legal advice, if you havent got much money can you not get free legal help, i would look into it if i were you,
Good luck

The CAB (citizens advice bureau) will offer you the correct advice on pursuing your right to contact with your daughter. They have access to legal advice from lawyers and will also be able to inform you of any financial help you may be able to get to fight your case.
