I had a period on Dec.26 and it ended on the 31st (that morning) that night and the following 4 days after my husband and I had sex multiple times a day...Is there a chance that I could have gotten pregnant. My period is mostly irregular and I never know exactly when I am ovulating...but I am fertile...I already have 1 child
does anyone know about these kind of things ?

I was wondering how they can do this. I know how but i was trying to figure out ways around it. How can i delete where i've been if they are tracking it. I dont know if they are or not but is there a way i can find out? The only thing i know to do is go under Internet options to delete files, history, and cookies. Is there any other way to find out if they track this or not and if they do then is there a definate way to delete where you've been?

Plz dont give me answers like "its unethical" and stuff. We know all this at work. But several of us would like to visit our emails and pay our bills online and stuff since we are there so much.

I have a small frame. I have next to nil for calves. I have a great proprotioned shape except for my lower legs. I do calves excercises but they do not seem to get any larger. I don't want those ball looking calf muscle like the body builders have, just decent looking lower legs that match my upper half. I am so insecure I don't wear skirts very often. I am 35 years old and thought I would grow out of this insecurity as I age but I haven't. I know, I know, I should be thankful and secure with what I have but this is something I have never gotten over. I have heard calves arethe hardest muscle to train and gain size...I have bad knees too and lifting heavy doing calf exercises is tough. Any advice on how to do this without hurting myself would really help me. I am working out regularly 3-4 days a week and want to start adding a calf excersize routine in at least twice a week.

Just in case someone suggest this..I wear 2.5 3.5 inch heels 5 days a week for work. Doesnt help.
