You can always tell that Christmas is around the corner and New year on its way as the celebrities come out in force with their fitness DVD's. So which one is the best to use as there are so many on the market? I would like to buy one so can anyone recommend the best one to buy or are they all the same??

Have to admit I have yet to try one but when I do get around to it, Charlie Brooks will be the one I choose. All the reviews I have read have been great and in the mags they compared loads and she came up tops in quite a few. Good luck!!!

The best "celebrity" one in my opinion is the Coleen McLoughlin one. After doing the DVD you can really feel it working although it's quite hard going so I tend to skip some of the cardio bits. It's my personal favourite because it has a kickboxing section in it. I also have a couple of tae-bo ones for when I'm feeling really motivated. There was a programme that counted down the best celebrity fitness dvds a while ago, and for getting the best results Beverley Callard's DVDs got the top marks.

Hiya, i've got alot of Rosemary Conleys fitness videos , i find that her workouts are easier to learn than alot of the other ones that are on the market, hers seem alot more relaxed and a bit slower than some others , but i find that the routines are easier to pick up which results in you getting a full work out instead of getting lost with other faster videos, her videos do get alot of results, but if you wanted to have a laugh have a go with the ministry of sound one , thats eally a fast one , all i could do was fall about laughing in it, hope this helps you out, by the way, i've picked up nearly all mine from charity shops because people get fed up of teh fitness craze so quickly , i've saved alot of money that way

We have quite a few in our house that never get used which include Rosemary Conley, Charlie Brooks, Patsy Palmer and Tae-Bo. I prefer the Tae-Bo video when I can be bothered to do it.

A word of warning, you have to have a level of fitness to use some. Years ago i bought the Jane Fonda Workout book...even the easy exercizes nearly killed me! lol;

What's wrong with you people! celebrity, celebrity and celebrity ????????
You must know that celebrity is not better , or
Smarter than you are and they don't know about anything more than you do ,may be less
And I'm sure that most of you have more education than anyone of your celebrity.they
have clothe lines,fitness video,perfume...you
name it.does anyone think that P.Hilton,Je Lo
spent any time in the Lab to come up with their perfume or cloths? I don't think so
they give their names to the company to get your money...please,HAVE FAITH IN YOUR-
SELF and save your money.

Its a hard choice when so many people bring them out in one go. I would suggest that you found one that had exercises that you feel you need or would enjoy, rather than who did it.

for example bums and tums,

I think that Richard Simmons has the best because he uses music that is fun and great to exercise to.
