I have a 1988 liquid (water) underfloor heating system heated from a conventional oil boiler. The main system was from a 6 branch manifold where each branch fed through a PARRALEL network of pipes under a certain house floor plan section. The manufacturer likened it to 'radiator' sections under the floor. I now see that this is totally crap as water (or most things) flows through point of least resistance and therefore, this allows sediment to build up in 'radiator' sections under the floor. Last time this happened when we changed from a Rayburn solid fuel boiler to the oil boiler, we managed to clear most (if not all) the sections by feeding the circuits with some sludge remover liquid over some weeks and then refilling with some preventative solution. That was around 6 years ago and it's been OK since then. This last work has been caried out by ' someone who knows everything' and now the stystem is blocked because he did not flush the system through and treat with preventative. ????

We know that racism would stop but who would the "Haters" go after now? Would peace actually happen or would "WE" find something else to b*tch about?

my daughter is mild & well mannered at school & her teachers love her. BUT there are bullies in her class who r pushing her & hitting her & as a result, she doesnt want 2 go 2 school often & also cries when i drop her off. Shes getting to look like a real baby, when earlier she was the one who used to "mother" everyone else, she didn't even cry on the 1st day of new school! now her personality has changed & shes getting scared of going 2 school. We've taught her that if someone hits her, she shouldn't hit back. I thought that was the right thing to teach our kids, but now, it seems people r telling us we r wrong. They say tht u should teach ur kid to hit back, so that the bully is aware that ur kid is not going to take it lying down & that will make the bully scared of trying any stunts. My worry is that if she hits someone, she may be reprimanded instead of the one who started it all, since the bullies normally never get found out! WHAT DO YOU THINK? How do I make my child bold again?

Nancy is a pure politician and will get bogged down in the political mire that exists in DC these days. Do you really think she will get any of her agenda passed through the Congress?

Guys, I am still waiting to see some data that disproves the idea that all incremental wealth goes to the top in the US. I have data that supports this idea, which I pulled from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. I would be happy to share the data with you by request. I'm at brian.t.murphy@sbcglobal.net.

Now, I have seen a lot of the usual beligerent right wing response to my inquiries. And, some well-intentioned but unsatisfying appeals to comparative GDP growth and such. But, I haven't seen anything that can't be easily explained as a measure of growth for which all the gains go to the top.

Please present some iron-clad data that shows that people who are working hard, playing by the rules, keeping out of trouble, striving for the dream are in any way advancing their position in this country as it is currently rigged.

I’ve been dating my bf for a year and living with him for 7 months. We are both in our 30s. We both love each other very much. We talk about marriage all the time. He told me in Nov that money was tight but he should be able to get the ring in a couple of months and ever since then he’s been torturing me about getting engage. He's showed me an ad of a ring to see if I liked it. He's taped shows where the couples get engaged and had me watch it with him. He sings the wedding song. He ask me what happens after we get engaged. He was asking me questions about registering. I just feel like he's having more fun torturing me then anything else. He's always asking me to marry him, but more in a conversation, I always reply, you don't mean it, you have to be on your hands and knees. How do you know if he's going to propose soon. I can't take much more of the torture.

Has anyone out there had trouble(or been refused) getting an Australian working visa because they had a criminal record? (spent or unspent).
Would like to hear from those especially who have managed to get around this?
Thanx
