bleeding is so heavy that on the first day I have to where two super plus tampons and a pad and cramps are very painful but is it something that will help with the heavy bleeding I am 35 years old and I've always had this problem thanks for the help in advance!

If one of your symptoms is pain during sex, you may have endomitriosis. Go to your obgyn and get checked. It can be treated with a simple procedure, and there are lots of other ways they can help. Other than that, birth control really helps my cycle.

I have the same problem and dread the time my period rolls around!
If you can force yourself (I usually can't because I hate to exercise) a walk really will help. Keep your legs super warm. And if you can't stay home in a warm bath with a cup of hot tea, then the heating pad "patches" and "wraps" are a God send! If you opt for the wrap kind, get the ones made for your back instead of for cramps. The back style can be moved easier and put where ever you need the warmth and can be pulled more snugly. Pamprin seems to work better than Midol and Excedrin migraine works better than any of them!

Try Vitamin E 400 iu once daily, and take 1-2 tablets of calcium-magnesium-zinc pills 3 times daily (one pill with meals on non-cramp days, 2 pills with meals on cramp days). Midol helps with pain, take as directed.
Hope this helps. Valerian may help you rest and is a mild muscle relaxer.

i am the same way. Motrin constantly for one thing. try to get 800mg from your doctor and if you just stay still for about 20 minutes after you take one, they should get lighter. warm baths and heating pads in the fetile position.

I continuously had terrible cramps, and alot of bleeding. My well-being practitioner advised me i'd desire to take 6 ibprofuen at a time. its purely 1000mg... examine including your well-being practitioner.. yet thats what i desire to advise.. it incredibly works wonders!
