Is there any way I can have my widescreen computer to play a 4:3 game on full screen while keeping the proportions? It is not a game option. I want to have my computer display the 4:3 game properly, and have blanks in the spaces not displaying the game.

i'm not circumcised... yesterday i got an erection... the tip of my penis opened and the glans came out...it looks like i was circumcised... when i was trying to cover it back, it cannot go back and the glans is really sensitive and painfull now... is it normal?? how long will it take for the glans to not become sensitive again??

My question is, do adult humans have instincts? I know babies hold their breath underwater etc, but aside from emotional responses such as wanting to protect their children, do humans as animals have any physical instincts at all? Like cats burying feces, bears hunting fish and such as that?

I don't agree with default "My ..." subfolders: My Music, My Pictures, My Videos, .... They should be consolidated and grouped by subject instead of type. I used to think of these words but:
[i] multimedia/media, audiovisual/AV; feel that they are still generic and/or ambiguous.
[ii] album, gallery: almost OK but they doesn't look representing scan-images such as screenshots or passport photocopy (or do they?).

i'm undecided on this
my arguement is that in a contained environment like a zoo or wildlife park the animals are given substantial amounts of food, clean water, decent weather conditions, medical assistance and are no longer under threat by predators. this will give them a more comfortable, probably longer life.

on the other hand it's obviously not fair to pluck animals out of the wild for visitors to gawk at, and to enclose them in a small environment is very unfair. animals should be allowed to run free through endless land, not feel trapped.

i guess perhaps it depends on the individual zoo and the workers attitudes towards the animals which will reflect how they treat them.

i'd just like to know what you all think about this.

why am I all of a sudden scared of things that I wasnt scared of a year ago.. example: I was driving to work at another site about 40 miles from my normal work location, about 20 minutes into the drive I became very scared, scared Id loose control of my car, scared a deer my pop out, scared the guy in front of me would jam the breaks and Id end up in his neck. After about 3 minutes of feeling this way I began feeling as if I wasnt in control of my car I opened the window tried to regroup and thankfully made it to my destination safe. Im 28 and find that in the last 2 years Ive become a chicken $h!t...

like dirt they have done since i was a couple of years old. i got a blood brother at 10. since then everything has gone more down hill. he is allowed to sleep on the couch not go to school. i get yelled at for his viruses. he gets bought something atleast every second day, from junk food to video games. my parents dont tell me what is going on money etc. parents have never really spoken to me other than to yell at me for doing something wrong. they have not encouraged me to do anything with my life or any little goals chores etc. brother sits on computer all day and my parents speak to him nicely and create conversations. parents wonder why i am so """uptight" brother doesnt even make himself a drink my father gets it for him and takes it to him. brother asks he gets right away(drop everything for him) i maybe 24 but my parents have never communicated with me other than create an arguement then they call the police. i have had 1 girlfriend of 3 years i dont have any self esteem

I am eighteen years old. I recieved my permit shortly before I turned 16, it expired shortly before I turned 17 without me getting my license. (I moved and did not need a license, so I let it lapse.) I now need to get my license, and I'm curious to know if I need to re-apply for a permit before I get my license. I'm living in Ohio right now, I know laws vary by state.
