I want to start a garden in the spring infront of my south facing living room window. There is a tree on my front lawn, but it is still not all that big. I figure it to be about 2 story's high at the moment but I don't yet know what kind it is.

I don't have a lot of money to work with, but I would like my place to look nice, I miss my garden since we moved here. I left a garden full of alysum and the name if the other flower has slipped my mind right now, it has pea sized white seeds and the flowers were yellow, orange and orange-red. It was also crawling. Anyway we moved the end of July to a townhouse with garden space in front, but nothing in it, except my recycle and compost bins right now.

I had the idea to put in some spikes, probably either 1 big one in the middle or 1 on each end. If the one I have now survives through this currently snowless winter, I will use it in the garden. I am not sure what flowers to use in this garden though. I like calendulas and dwarf buddies.

I have pain in my right shoulder for a long time now. Also, when I move my arm my rotator cuff makes an audible grinding/popping noise. Any type of overhead exercise for shoulders, and even chest exercises, are extremely painful. Anything that rotates that joint causes too much pain. I had an xray, and will have an MRI later this month, before returning to the doc to see what the problem may be.

In the mean time, what can I do at the gym, other than cardio, to stay in shape? I can do leg exercises, bicep/tricep, back, and abs, just fine. I need something for chest/shoulders. Any suggestions?

I have had a few old cameras just for looks sitting on my shelves. I have been curious however if there is some that can give you a cool vintage look in print? Also is there anything I should know about high cost in film or hard to find films for old cameras. Last, is there any companies that specialize in developing vintage films?

this is the follow up to my first question. i got many answers but many of them seemed to miss the mark . Some people argued that one of the major reasons for this antagonistic attitude toward rap was it's violence, but that dosen't compute. This is the same society in which the Sopranos (a show about italian Drug-dealers and pimps) is a top rated series and in which VIOLENT movies like Saw and Hostel are box office hits. You can't tell me this is an anti-violent culture. Second, these fans seem to judge rap by what is in the mainstream but the rock/metal purists are the very first to lead you to some lesser known underground bands that they hold as their favorite. Yet when it comes to rap everything becomes about what is on the radio. Finally, people don't seem to realize that melody does not define music. Melody is only one of the three theoretical aspects of music. Rhythm is another. Consequently those that say rap is not music are technically incorrect...it is indeed music.

Does anyone know about the supplement Nitrix ? Can women also take this supplement. My mother in law told me I should not take very much of it b/c I am a women but I feel good when I take it before I hit the gym. I lift moderate wieghts and mainly focus on cardio. 45 min running / 45 minutes wieght training 3-4 times a week

well i'm an asian, and i have very very light hair on my uppe lip (mustache) and you can kind of notice it if you stand pretty close. (ex, just talking to you face to face, you would be able to tell) and i wonder if bleaching is a good idea?? is it harmful or leaves red spots? How many people have used it and had good results?? Well i just curious that if you bleach it, could the hairs become too blond?? and still be noticeable since i'm a a tan skinned person?

also, what happens when it fades away? does the color of the hair slowly comes back? or does the roots start to fade and slowly works its way to the end of hair?
