He didn't. The "Lady Hope" story was debunked by Darwin's daughter. It doesn't even take WORK to check this out. Wiki it FFS.

Yes, but the Fundie Xians don't care about truth. They use anything they hear that they think supports their side. The same way they Cherry Pick their bible and tell you that you're taking it out of context if you use anything from the bible that doesn't support them.

How a dying man's conversion to another religion debunks his well thought out lifetime scientific research I'll never know, but we don't credit the Fundies with a whole lot of logic.
