Unfortunately thanks to all the child labor laws your choices are limited. You can do a lot of things, "under the table", where you are not getting paid by a business owner, but rather as a private contractor, (babysitting, delivering newspapers).

My daughter makes between $100-$200 a month babysitting, so that is fairly lucrative, and she only babysits for one family! Newspaper routes are getting few and far between that are not motor routes. A newspaper route can net between $200-$1200 a month though depending on how much you want to work for it.
If you are truely an entrepeneur, you may want to look into cleaning houses, or taking care of pets as a sideline job.

Online there is almost nothing legitimate for a person under 18. You could enlist your parents aid to help you set up an Ebay account for the purpose of selling your used clothes. You will need them to set up the account since you need to be 18 and have a credit card or bank account. Once you have sold a few things, you can then decide to "branch out" and hit the local flee markets and garage sales looking for clothes to sell. You will quickly learn what does sell and what doesn't, and at what prices.

Once you hit 14, there are a few jobs that you can get. Publix may still hire baggers at 14. Some restaurants might hire dishwashers at 14.

When I was younger, some kids from my school pooled their money and bought a logging truck. They drove that thing all summer and most of the fall and spring, without a license at first, picking up logs and taking them to the mill. They made huge amounts of money.... especially for highschool kids. Do not be afraid of dreaming big.
