It sounds like an anxiety disorder. When this happens, can you make yourself take deep breaths and verbally reassure yourself until it passes? If you can work your way through it this way whenever it pops up, you'll be better off in the long run than if you take drugs. Try writing in a journal to see
if you can find a trigger. Take B vitamins & magnesium. Magnesium is the natural minaeral to help you relax. Quit caffeine. Good luck!

I've been going to acupuncture for six months for migraine and back pain. It helped lessen my anxiety first and is the best improvement yet. It costs though.

I am by no means a proffessional and this should by no means be taken as a diagnosis but you may want to look into seeing a family physcician as it sounds like you have an anxiety disorder, this can be calmed with either perscription drugs or learning breathing methods, it doesn't mean your crazy it just means you need to find a constructive coping mechanism to deal with this issue. Look into family history seeif anyone in your family has suffered with an anxiety disorder or panic attack, even mild forms of bipolar can leaxd to the feeling of constant worrying or "What if's" what if I forget where to turn what if the tire is flat etc etc while rationally you know this can happen but is not likely to happen psycologically your brain is sendig of wrong signals telling you to worry to watch out. Good luck

It may have alot to do with stress and/or anxiety. I would take a break from work, or whatever it is that uses all your time and take a vacation. I work 60 hours a week 6 days a week and I work on every holiday known to man. Hope this helps

Perhaps the more important question, my dear youth of the lord, is to consider the ramifications of your very soul. Have you committed your life to our Lord Jesus? This is the true path, the Way.
