I think that people of certain decents (Irish, African, Latino) have distinguishing features in their face. You just have to know what to look for. My boyfriend is Puerto Rican and he can tell which country a Latino person is from just by glancing in their direction from a distance.

No b/c you are just looking at ethnic BACK ground. someone can look from china but be form the US. Just means that some one in there family moved form where they originated form. And then there are some people that you couldn't really be put in one category or another. get it

Yes,in the case of the chinese and japanese people,in the case of african and in the case of people coming from the northen countries(they're usually blond with blue eyes)
