ok...here's the deal there has only been 2 main guys in my life that i have loved...the first one cheated on me and the second one broke up wit me b/c he said i was distracting him from his football career?? we still talk sumtimes!! but i was dating this new guy and i kinda made a mistake.....i was scared of a relationship and broke up w/ him but he was sweet nice caring and was really into me!! any idea how to get him back?

i'm looking for somethime that might help me ease my anxiety. i get so nervous and paranoid when i'm around alot of people. i can't go to shopping or restuarants etc... anytime when i head out in public or thinking about going out i gets so nervous and my hearts beat soo much. i can't seem to control it. i try some threapy but that doesn't seems to work. i try Paxil and Zolof which didn't do anything at alll only when i off it thats when i get electric shock throught my bod. it was horrible feeling. staying home is seem to be my paradise now. how do i get rid of this anxiety paranoid nervousness. my life hasn't been the same anymore and i'm affraid that it may get so worst where i can't control my life anymore. what should i do??

I catch myself being extra nice when I order food in a Drive through so the person at the other end won't "you know what" in my food... (Even when I get frustrated with them sometimes) Does anyone else do this?

i can't decide whether i should go slightly down-state for college, or stay here and live at home and go. i like both schools, but if i lived at home i could have free meals and laundry and stuff, but i want the experience and freedom of being away from home...what do you think? also if i got homesick, the down-state school is only like an hour and a half away.

I've tried everything...the oinly thing i havent tried was opening my pores (which i know how to do) BUT i dont have a mask to put on...any other suggestions?

Heres my routine.

I shampoo my hair, than put the conditioner in and leave for 2 minutes while I wash other areas of my body.

After that I tend to wash the conditioner out. I notice when I leave a little conditioner my hair feels gelly and I don't like that.
