If you are having problems with dry skin, I recommend using lotions with Shea and/or coca butter. I prefer Shea butter or both. You must invest in good lotions such as Vaseline or Jergens with Shea/coca butter. Cheap, watery lotions just won't work. As far as dry scalp, try using Neutrogena with T-gel or
Selsun blue at least once or twice a week to get the dry scalp under control. If these two products don't work, consult a dermatologists and/or cosmetologists. Also, another good lotion to try is Eucerin cream.

For your skin rub vasaline(regular scent) over the dry areas every nite before you go to bed. For you scalp try tea tree or castor oil. If your concerned about your hair becoming too greasy from the oils, part your hair in sections and either use a Qtip or a cotton ball and dab the oil onto your scalp.

For the dry patches of skin on your body you should try using Arbonne skin conditioning oil, and for dry scalp you should use their Daily Self-adjusting shampoo with tea-tree oil. It works wonders!!! You can find these products at www.arbonne.com If you have any questions feel free to email me

Head and Shoulders makes a product for dry scalp. Also, Olive Oil at night will help. Use a soap like Dove regularly to prevent over-drying. See a dermatologist if simple changes don't help.
