Well, you'd have to lose a pound a day, which means you'd have to burn a TON of calories in a day. You have to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound of fat. (Nature sucks...but those are the rules) Now, you can do that by cutting out some food calories and exercising your butt off. I would cut out no more than 500 calories a day (depending on how many you think you consume) and a good treadmill jog for an hour a day will burn an additional 500-1000 calories (your current weight is a factor). The lighter you are, the harder you have to work to burn those calories. Keep in mind, the faster you lose the weight, the quicker it comes back on. Good luck!

run around your block keep yourself amused by a aipod or mp3 player maybe if you lose a certain a amount of weight reward yourself with one.
eat healthy and dont reward yourself like i have ran for a hour one big mac wont hurt OK
hehe
eat lots of sandwitches with wholegrain bread and cucumber its really yum
and when you eat meat get rid of all the fat
