I'm doing a study as to how the UK home office check up work-permit applicants' wageslips and bank statements to ensure they are genuine.

Anyone have any ideas for meals my wife and I can have for dinner that are both low/no carb and lean in protein? So far we make baked chicken, veggie soup, and chicken fajitas....and that's about it....we're getting really tired of the same boring routine. Thanks.
Oh, it sould be something really quick to whip up too!

In America, every party I have been to on New Years I have worn black or dasrk colors. I figured thats what you wear to formal parties and all the New Years parties have been to are pretty formal. I am in Angola now and there are alot of Brazillians and they were all wearing white for New Years. Why is that?

Does it annoy you? - especially when they are very peculiar about it and won't let anyone touch it or they act like they are terrified for it to get messed up- Do you know someone like this?
I do. She's had the same style since the 70's. It looks like a helmet shaped like a mullet. New Year's Eve she would not put on any of the cute little head decorations that were being passed out. Her hair is very stiff all the time like she goes though a can of Aquanet a week.

My boyfriend says computers, or like wavy things on computers or tv make him homesick.
I don't ever think I've been homesick.

What sorts of things would I feel if I was ever homesick?

I'm having surgury on both of my feet in late Jan. or early Feb. I'll be in a cast for a really long time. For the first 6 weeks I can't put my foot on the ground but for the next weeks I'll be in a walking cast. We have a 3 story house and my room is on the top floor along with the other rooms this is bad because I don't know how to go up stairs in a cast. Any ideas on how I could make the recovery eaiser? Please no stupid answers or people saying not to have the surgury my feet really hurt me and I could have so many other worse problems in the future if I don't do this.

The number of the missing letters for each of the three words (I guess) is three. And these words should be easy for a dentist to guess. That's all the hint I know. I have tried searching some words to resolve this from an online medical dictionary, but I failed to find words that match with the spelling. Could you please help. Many thanks.

My brother-in-law, who is 18 and too smart for his own good, keeps telling everyone that the probability for any situation is 50/50. For example, if you ask him "will the Saints win the superbowl," his answer is, it's 50/50--which ignores the fact that they haven't gotten there. He says this is because either they will win or they will lose.

At nearly twice his age I am constantly frustrated with this line of reasoning, but am at a loss to explain why it is so wrong. Does it have to do with mutual exclusivity and probability? Help.
