~My daughter surprised me. She used a frozen package of strawberries and a can of peaches, including the juice in a blender with about a half a cup of sugar and it turned out great!
Wish I had some right now.~

There isn't much to know you can use about anything you have on hand. We use yogurt, a little milk, juice and whatever fruit we have. If you don't have yogurt, just use milk or sour cream or use ice cream or sherbet and juice and fruit. Just throw a bunch of stuff together and blend and you've got a smoothie. It's fun to experiment!

Smoothies are the easiest thing to make... healthy, tasty, flexible...
I like to use ice, orange sherbet, bananas, strawberries, and orange juice.
Any kind of fruit sherbet, or even ice cream, makes the flavor of the fruit less diluted, and adds more "frozenness" without making the smoothie watery, like ice.
Pretty much any kind of fruit will do, but I personally love peaches. They are great with orange juice and sherbet.

Banana, cod liver oil and milk is gorgeous. It tastes just like a banana smoothie except its full of omega 3. Plus it has the best smoothie name ever - drum roll - The Codmopolitan. TADA!

Get some pure orange juice and chuck in loads of raspberry's, blueberry's and any other summer fruits. It tastes like refresher's sweets but be careful of the tiny seeds
