Anyone have any ideas for meals my wife and I can have for dinner that are both low/no carb and lean in protein? So far we make baked chicken, veggie soup, and chicken fajitas....and that's about it....we're getting really tired of the same boring routine. Thanks.
Oh, it sould be something really quick to whip up too!

You said all wrong things to eat. You need to eat up grilled chicken breat..not baked..then you can also eat tuna or veal...never eat up bread or pasta or rice after 4 pm...spinach is good too and so is egg whites omellete.

"Flavorful recipe for this farm raised fish that is easy and done in minutes! The fish is broiled with a creamy cheese coating for an impressive flavor and texture."
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon
juice
1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon ground black
pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
2 pounds tilapia fillets

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven's broiler. Grease a broiling pan or line pan with aluminum foil.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with dried basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Mix well and set aside.
3. Arrange fillets in a single layer on the prepared pan. Broil a few inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip the fillets over and broil for a couple more minutes. Remove the fillets from the oven and cover them with the Parmesan cheese mixture on the top side. Broil for 2 more minutes or until the topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to over cook the fish.

Lets see...where do i begin! Take chicken breasts and marinate them in zesty italian dressing and bake them in the marinade..

Take canned or fresh crab and mix it with some mayo and Old Bay, an egg, mix it all together and stuff some flounder or salmon.

Steaks on the grill.

Stuff chicken breasts with artichoke and spinach dip (grocers freezer..TGI Fridays makes one) and bake.

Take pork chops and marinate them in sugar free pancake syrup. Grill them and top them with cinnamon and butter.

Make shrimp scampi. Peel the uncooked shrimp..lay them in a baking dish and cover with melted butter and garlic. Top them with a little dill. bake at 350 degrees till shrimp is cooked

That should get you started! Good luck!

Baked fresh salmon, aparagus or broccoli, raspberries. Salmon grills really well on one of those Foreman type grills.
