I've moved my bed from my regular room (master bed room) into my own room, but now I have trouble sleeping.
I will sleep for about one hour, wake up and think it's 5:00AM and get up and realize it is only like 12:00AM.
Last night I got up at 2:30 AM and used the computer until around 4:30, I was lying in bed for a while before getting up (which seemed like forever).
I also did that tonight, because I'm having trouble sleeping.
I think I can't sleep very well because I'm not used to this room, it's really bugging me.
I'm also not comfortable in my bed, because I'm sleeping on a hard futon-mattress, which is a bit stiff.
Any ideas on how I can get more sleep at night and stop waking up?
