Yes, you can get a STD with contact of any kind. Do not think for a second you are protected by pulling out. Condoms are better than nothing. No sex is the best.

Yes. STD's can be spread from penis to vagina contact even without ejaculation. Genital Warts for example. Also there is pre-ejaculation which occurs prior to actual ejaculation and that can get you pregnant and spread STD's as well.

Yes, that particular method of "birth control" is basically totally ineffective at preventing transmission of STDs, and, incidentally, isn't so good at preventing pregnancy either. The reason is that prior to ejaculation a small amount of pre-ejaculate is released (the man cannot feel this happening) which contains both sperm and any nasty bugs that may be in semen, so you still have exposure.

Of course! Its called pre-ejaculation fluid, which contain semen as well. Nowadays, you can get an STD from just having your genitals touching each other. There are so many things you can get that you have to be very careful who you have relations with.

Uhm... You can get an STD with ANY contact whatsoever without protection. And you can get pregnant even if he pulls out (it's called pre-***). So I do hope that this is just a hypothetical question... else you might be in trouble. >.<

Some STD's can be transfered even by just rubbing the skin.
Examples are wart, syphillis, and monilliassis.
