i made one up for my daughters 9th birthday. it's a dress-up game that was a hit with the girls
i went to the thrift store and bought 4 outfits (shirt, pants, shorts or skirts, shoes and hats). i chose adult sizes because they are easy to put on, and chose funny patterns or styles, and washed them all of course. the outfits did not match, but the silliniess is very fun for the kids.
i broke up the girls into pairs of 2 facing eachother with the outfit laying in a pile between the two girls. one girl is the dresser and the other the model.
all the dressers are blindfolded and must dress their model as quickly as possible putting on all the articles of clothing.
the model was allowed to help by giving verbal instructions only to her partner. eg. those are pants .... or you're putting it on backwards.
the first pair who finish first win!!
i dont know if this might be too difficult for 7 year olds (maybe you can choose easy articles of clothing like a dress and shoes) but the girls at my party had a blast, and so did the parents! it was lots and lots of fun and very amusing!!

I have a seven year old friend myself and I found they really like building stuff, legos, blocks, things like that, they like doing things with their hands, being creative, possibly messy, and also pretend stuff. They LOVE that!
