My fater who was apart of the civil rights movement n the 60's and 70's stopped talking to me because i joined the US Marines he said this Country will always treat African Americans like 2nd class citizens and me joining the Military in 1989 was a slap in his face well now everything he said is true Mike Hunt's Question on Yahoo "How many people H8 ***-ars" was shocking and hurtful and many of the remarks on Yahoo is hurtful, but what hurts the most is that my father was right I have experience So much hatred that it's a shame, and i told my dad one day the US Gov't wou officially apologize to Blacks for Slavery and or pay Reparations, well i don't believe that anymore. Why did i fight for this country?

3 men go to a hotel. They share a room for $30 a nite. They each give $10 and go up to their room. The manager calls the bellhop over and says he charged the men too much for their room. He asks the bellhop to take 5 loonies up to the 3 men's room and give the $5 back to them. Bellhop goes up the men's room,knocks on the door and presents the men with the five loonies and tells the men they were charged too much for their room. The 3 men say "just give us each 1 loonie and you keep the other 2."
So,now what did each man pay for their room? 10-1=9...Each man paid $9...3x9=27...plus the Bellhop's $2 for a grand total of $29. What happened to the other $1??

He want brush his teeth at all. He hasnt brushed them in a good month! I brought him a toothbrush today and he hasnt even used it! I mean i have toothpaste and he want even brush histeeth!! He has had white stuff and food in his gums for a good month and im sick of that mess! How do i get him to brush his teeth. Ive begged and begged!!!

I bought a Calypso washer & I hate it. Does anyone else have problems with theirs? Mine goes off balance at least 3 times EVERY load & I have to restart the spin cycle. Recently the tapered glass (or whatever it is...) shattered into a web of cracks on the cover. I want to smash this thing. Anyone else having this trouble? I have a tech coming out tomorrow & it's too late to return the stupid thing.

I am 19 weeks pregnant and severly depressed. My fiance left me shortly after we found out I was pregnant... even though he had earlier expressed that he wanted children. Someone mentioned anti-depressants but arent they for chemical imbalance? Being single again... pregnant.. and having to move back home seems like it could cause depression on its own. People keep telling me that my depression will have negative effects on this baby... I have disconnected from all my friends, barely leave the house, cry constantly, mood swings, no motivation, and constantly feel there is something wrong with the baby. (I still havent felt any movement) Is this normal depression for my situation + pregnancy hormones, or should I look into anti-depressents?

so my best friend and I have been friends for a while - get a long real well, goof off, and can tell each other everything. Lately, he's been getting more "weird"

- i've been joking that he's my "boyfriend" and he jokes back and says i'm his "girlfriend".
- he doesn't tell me certain things like he used to because he doesn't want me to be "jealous"
- we flirt "dangerously" know and not in a "joking" sense as much...like "you better look hot when i see you"..."just watch"
- NOW, we don't talk on the phone as much...he's more comfortable giving me texts than talking. He'll give me messages saying he'll call but he doesn't. USUALLY, he'll call back (and not text) when i leave a voicemail...it's like he's playing hard to get...
- we used to talk like 2 or 3 times a week and now...i haven't talked to him in almost 2 weeks..

and DON'T tell me he doesn't wanna be friends anymore...because i know we're still cool...it's just his behavior - so what's up with him?

I cut keys part time and some of the blanks have sit around for a long time and have developed some tarnish. Is there a solution that I can soak the keys in to remove the tarnish? I have Brasso, but the keys are really hard to polish with all the grooves in them. I tried a solution of Amonia, baking soda and white vinagar that I found, but it didn't work. Does anyone have any recipe that will work?

I have an eleven year old honda civic who has been sticking some kind of tool to jam open my hood from the side. The person who has been working on it has created a wide gap. To me, there's no point in trying to break into my car the way this mysterious individual or two was doing, but why do thieves try and break into other people's car? Why can't they car shop by the legal way?
