i have this goal i will stay in a 00 short untill at least untill im 16 but ive got to stay/get fit to stay in my size any recommendations? THANKZ

You need to let your body grow. I was stick skinny until 8th grade. Then literally in one month, I gained fifteen pounds. And I never went back. Now I have a nice butt and hips, and men like that. A double zero is scary. Also, overexercising at a young age can cause lots of problems when you get older. It could stunt your growth. You may like being short and skinny now, but there may come a time when you'd like to be tall and have some curves.

Just eat healthily (lots of fruits and vegetables), and get exercise every day. Maybe join a karate class or dance class. Good ways to have fun while exercising. And you'll build muscle which looks good.

Get a work out dvd or go to gym. You can get employees at gym to show you weights that will help tone certain areas. Also eating high protein helps build muscle to help with toneness. It doesn't sound like you are overweight so you don't need to loose weight just keep tone. The best thing you can do if you are in a 00 and think you are overweight you need to talk to your Dr. It can be dangerous loosing weight when you don't need too. Taking care of your body means eating and not skipping meals.

Discipline and dedicate yourself to losing weight. Stay away from fatty and high carb foods. Exercise regularly. Drink tea. Eat healthy food.
