Hmm... this sounds a tad bit crazy, but you could be serious.
I'd definately would meet the person offline first. Then after I find out that they aren't a lying troll, I'd date them IN PERSON for a few years if do-able. Yup, if they pass the 2 year or more mark while dating IN PERSON, then I would start to question whether or not they are the right person to marry, IN PERSON.

if u havent met her offline then u should definatly not propose! u know what she likes and doesnt like... but u dont know how she acts... u know how she acts online... oh my goodness i cant believe ur even considering proposeing b4 meeting... actually i cant believe ur dating b4 meeting! meet her... and meet her again and again and again and after seeing her in person and hanging out for at least 6 months... THEN ask her to marry u IF u still feel the same... after meeting her once u may change ur mind about her completely... because if happened to me... not the marriage or the dating because ive never been that silly... u dont know sum1 because u know them over the net... u dont know them in real life! Just because you have met someone online, does not mean it is someone that you want to marry. You need to meet this person in a PUBLIC place, date for a while before you decide to propose marriage. Marriage is not something to take lightly.

Whoa . . . definitely after you meet her offline. You need to make sure that your relationship will work in person, on a day to day basis. Such as, living in the same city, hanging out . . .etc.

wait until you meet her offline. it's easy to hide behind a computer and pretend you're something you're not. wait until you meet her and she if she's really who she says she is and really what you're looking for.
