one of the birds on the galapagos islands is the medium ground finch. these birds prefer to eat small seeds, which are easier to eat than large seeds. however, when food is scarce, such as during a drought, some of the birds can eat larger seeds. the ability to crush and eat larger seeds is related to break thickness, an inherited characteristic. birds with thicker beaks are able to crush large seeds more easily.

My baby had a red bump on her hip as I changed her this morning. I put some A+D ointment on it as I thought it may be irritation from diaper. Now, a couple hours later, it is a clear liquid blister with little ones around it. What is that? Could it be simply contact dermatitis from the diaper or something worse? Help!

I was street racing(don't critique me on that) and I was racing my b/f's friend. He lost and got all pissed off. He hit me and so I was ready to fight back when my b/f pulled me aside and told my friend to calm me down. He said something to his friend and told me he wouldn't let me hit his friend. He said he was not trying to side with his now ex-friend. Was I wrong to be mad that he wouldn't let me handle it on my own?? I may be girly at times but I can handle my self. Does it mean he cares??(He is no longer friends with the guy)

I have a 10 gallon fish tank with 3 fish in them that are in the goldfish family. I just did a 100% water change yesterday and already i see sings that the water is getting cloudy. Can someone help?
