"Meathead" basically means someone who is an airhead, not too bright, not being on the same line, dumb, someone who made a mistake...etc. Think of 6 pounds of hamburger, that is meat that can't think, can't make decisions or do anything....it's just there....so thats how the term "Meathead" came about.

an athelete, jock or someone who's muscular and is perceived as being lower than normal intelligence.
