For all the juicy details you want the Definitive Edition. It includes previously unpublished material. I own it and she does most definately talk more about her dislikes towards her mother than in the first editions. Anne wrote a revised version later and the inserts that are after thoughts to the first one are included in this editon as well as the diary itself.
