My son is a HS Jr and plays basketball for his school. His coach seems to be way out of touch! I'd like to talk to the coach about my son and how he plays him - but everyone I know says that is not the thing to do - apparently I'd be risking having my son benched for the season! Is this true? What do you do as a parent to look out for your son? He's 6-9 and is a terrific player -should have a future in college basketball...

i want to know the gadgets used by 'bond' or by batman- the car n all- or the flying powers of superman or kkrish or just-by-accident-or-fortune the X-MEN n the mutants..are these actually relevant in the real life n are these possible in the future or they exist somewhere today..

everytime i try a new 3.5" floppy or try to even take a picture it wont allow me! and keeps flashing "disk protect" . I have the3.5" floppy unlocked and ready to store files....

I am a really caring guy and there is this girl I like, We are both sophmores and have known each other a long time and we both know we like each other. My guy friend likes me but i don't like him...he asked me to be his girl friend but i said..."i'm really sorry but i don't really like u like that"
so now he knows that i don't like him but it seems like hes still trying...he always waits at my locker...he agrees with everything i say...and buys me things

Example:
i say- I love almonds

he says- Meee tooo

(the next day)

he says- here u go....a bag of almonds

and he gives me a bag of almonds...making me feel really guilty

hes a great friend but i don't like him anymore than that....i think hes starting to get kind of pushy.....but i don't really want to tell him that because i don't wanna hurt his feelings....help?

My husband is working a 4pm to 12pm shift, and then goes to college from 10am to about 2pm everyday... so lately he has been eating cup of noodles.. fast food.. whatever he can, in the short amount of time he has everyday. I cook nutritious meals when he is home and we are all together as a family.. but I am running out of ideas of meals to send with him to work.
Other than sandwiches/wraps... what are some quick and inexpensive meal ideas that I can make and send with him? Like pasta dishes, salads, things like that?
