everytime i try a new 3.5" floppy or try to even take a picture it wont allow me! and keeps flashing "disk protect" . I have the3.5" floppy unlocked and ready to store files....

If anyone out there is a pro with digital cameras and can help with my problem that would be great. thanks

Try formatting the disk in the camera. If that doesn't work the cameras' drive may have failed.

take out the floppy disc in the camera, and flip the little switch that is on the disc. the write protect tab in in the protect mode, so nothing on the disc gets accidentally erased.

Have you tried another "unlocked" disk? Just in case that one is faulty.
